We read about this and talk about this everyday, it seems. Not just in Real Estate or any type of "sales" position. It needs to appear in every industry, whether you are standing behind the counter checking people out of the Kmart line or processing paperwork in a hospital. Come on people, wake up and smile and enjoy what you are doing! Yesterday I ran into a situation at a local "prestigious spa" there was NOTHING "prestigious " about the way the people at the front talked to the paying clients.
