Thank you IMSD for creating a dynamic designation that helps energize internet lead capture in today’s businesses. Personally I couldn’t have done it without Chad Hyams, Ben Kinney, the Geeky Girls, and my Maryland cohort Stacey. This has been an exhausting but rewarding endeavor which has helped me to capture the leads from my paid advertising that I had not been capturing. By implementing a new follow up system to handle the leads, I have been able to convert them to buyer appointments.
I have stepped outside my comfort zone with blogging, tweeting, social media, and especially video blogging and email. Talk about scary. Oh course, if I could say the one thing that has set me apart from all the others when it comes to lead capture is Ben Kinney’s plan. If you want to know what his plan is join IMSD today or contact me. I’m happy to relay the experiences that I have had with the systems I have put into place. I think as real estate agents; especially those of us who are a “C” disc personality type; we tend to make this harder than it has to be. I know that I would not have captured the buyers that I am currently working with without this program. Those leads would have stayed lost in all MY chaos.
This sounds like a plug for IMSD but I really couldn’t have accomplished what I’ve done in the past 6 months without the help of the IMSD team and the support of my fellow IMSD-er Stacey. For those of you who are sitting on the fence wondering what am I doing, how can I generate business to my website, how does everyone else get all this done? You need to at least try the program for 30 days. Create a program that will revitalize your business and propel it forward to meet your 2012 business goals. For me, regardless of what I do with my career – stay selling or move on to coaching, this has certainly given me the tools to build a business worth having. Looking forward to seeing my name, Cindy Kojm on the IMSD list of graduates.
