Is it just me or have things slowed down a little?  It seems like a few weeks ago, spring was in the air and everyone had a more positive attitude about real estate.  Now both buyers and sellers seem to be back at the same frustration level they had this past winter.
I have a buyer who has looked at over 30 homes and is getting frustrated that they can't find "anything".  Sometimes you have to look at 50 or 60 house to find the right one.   Even when they get very specific, there is so much inventory to chose from they … (4 comments)

I've been asked many times "are you a listing agent or a buyer's agent?"  I always respond that I'm both.  No matter what side of the transaction I'm on, my goals are to be a facilitator, making the transaction as smooth as possible and foremost not becoming a "part" of the transaction.  That's not always easy to do.

Have you ever had to attend a meeting that you knew from the start was going to be a train wreck?  You know the kind with personalities clashing, no one listening, etc.  I had to attend one today.  I felt this churning feeling in my stomach when I entered the room.  I had run various scenarios through my head in anticipation of a fight and got myself pretty worked up.
