My seller called me about reducing the price on one of his properties. I believe the home, which is new construction, is currently priced properly. I get good traffic through it but haven't received an offer yet.

My builder, who has numerous properties listed with me, called to ask about the activity on his homes. He calls every day. He has some rental properties as well as new construction listed. As I mentioned yesterday, my phone has been very active. No one is calling about the existing homes, (2 comments)

When people find out I work closely with a builder, they usually ask me "what's his square foot price to build a xxxx sq. ft. ranch?". They are attempting to simplify a very complicated process.
