indianapolis: Pay It Forward - Sugarland and the Indiana State Fair Disaster - 08/14/11 05:27 PM
This week I am bowing out of the Pay It Forward challenge...most of you have heard or read about the tragedy that happened at the Indiana State Fair last night around 8:45 p.m. There was a violent gust of wind that appears to have been isolated to the area of the Main Stage that blew it down killing at least 5 and injuring over 40 people. Okay, very lengthy title I know! But,you should know the highlights of Indianapolis...we are no longer the armpit of the Midwest! And so when you visit or someone you know is moving here, you will have a few fun facts. After all the Superbowl is here in 2012 and I would welcome any of you to stay at my home during that or the infamous Indy 500 Race...limited offer! lol

indianapolis: Forbes Magazine names Hamilton County in Indiana the Best Place to Raise a Family! - 07/04/08 09:03 AM
We have seen lots of people relocating to the Fishers, Carmel (which are located in Hamilton County, Indiana) area over the last few years. It is no surprise that Hamilton County is a great place to live by those of us who do. But now, we have national recognition! Forbes Magazine just named Hamilton County as the best place in the United State to raise a family.
Forbes started with a list of counties across the country with populations over 65,000. They then further reduced that list by looking at SAT and ACT scores that were less than 1050 and 22 respectively. … (1 comments)
