noblesville: Noblesville Indiana Real Estate Market Report - 10/19/09 03:18 PM
Everyone continues to be curious about the Noblesville housing market, so here is the market report for September 30th, 2009. There are currently 658 homes for sale in Noblesville and another 119 are under contract (pended). For the time period January 1, 2009 through Septemer 30th, 2009, the total amount of Noblesville real estate sold is 682 homes versus 754 for the same period in 2008.
Looking at the graph, we can see that in every month but one, 2008 has outperformed 2009.
In the 2009 time period 151 (22%) were distressed properties compared with 114 (15%) in 2008. We are seeing … (0 comments)

noblesville: Fishers Real Estate Hamilton Town Center Christmas Event - 11/07/08 02:56 PM
I wrote a post recently about the opening of the Hamilton Center in Noblesville and wanted to give you the Holiday update for this mall. For everyone who lives in nearby Noblesville or the Fishers Real Estate market, starting tomorrow (November 7th) at 5:00 WFMS will be playing music and you can register for a free $100 Simon Mall Gift Card. At 7:30 there will be fireworks, the Indianapolis Children's Choir and yes, a visit by Santa!

We have seen lots of people relocating to the Fishers, Carmel (which are located in Hamilton County, Indiana) area over the last few years. It is no surprise that Hamilton County is a great place to live by those of us who do. But now, we have national recognition! Forbes Magazine just named Hamilton County as the best place in the United State to raise a family.
Forbes started with a list of counties across the country with populations over 65,000. They then further reduced that list by looking at SAT and ACT scores that were less than 1050 and 22 respectively. … (1 comments)
