Our great program for 100% financing for Home Buyers in the Redding and surrounding areas is funding again!There has been so much chatter on this program... is it back, is it passed through Congress, Senate, etc.?? Well, our good news is while they are ironing out the details, we are funding the program again.This is due to the good news has come out of Washington DC regarding "conditional funding" of loans through the USDA Rural Development loan program.
