While home loans in Redding have been getting busier wtih the winter soon behind us, we still have good reason to encourage those first time home buyers we know.
Our Redding Homebuyers need to act soon! The tax credit for home buyers is expiring in about 44 days. If you know any prospective homebuyers holding out on purchasing a home, we may need to encourage them to rethink why they are. The government has recently confirmed that the tax credit will not be extended again!
