It's scary to see the shortcuts that flippers sometimes take when trying to resell homes quickly.  Seems to me that it is certainly partly trying to cut materials and carrying costs, but it is also a lack of real knowledge about home construction.
This is the ultimate demontration of what I always say..."Never buy a home without a good inspection!"

Obviously, these colors are all the standbys that would be neutral in any home...just exactly what stagers want you to do when preparing to sell.  Just be sure they really enhance the furniture and upholstery you have in the room.
Also, be sure your colors flow from room to room...biege in one room followed by grey in the next doesn't flow to the buyer's eye.
