The United States tenant vacancy ratio is right now the largest it has ever been, at eleven percent.  This is not at all what we estimated when the real estate market collapsed and mortgage companies began going out of business in record quantity.During that time, the belief was that property owners would actually be advantageous, because citizens who were not able to procure homes because of the mortgage disorder, would in its place, rent.  After all, everybody has to reside somewhere right?We were not expecting the housing crash to cause an overall trade and industry collapse, but that is what resulted.  … (1 comments)
