The main matter you have to realize is that individuals that are inexperienced to the apartment management industry (read: Landlords) fail inside the 1st 12 months.  It doesn't matter that you have the correct rental lease agreement.
 
Being a property owner is simple; it is emphatically not stress-free.  You must do the challenging work and ensure you maintain a solid portfolio of money for the costs you can not possibly anticipate, especially since you do not know what you are doing up to this point!

This has been a hot topic in the last few weeks: how will real estate markets nationwide fare without the $8,000 federal tax credit (on homes put under contract by 4/30/10) to encourage buyers?
The first quarter of 2010 was kind to the real estate industry, with three straight months of growth. Even more encouraging were the improvements from last year's figures: March's sales figures were up 21.1% from March 2009, which is great news for real estate professionals (and homeowners) nationwide.
But how much of this growth was fueled by the Federal tax credit?
