California Statewide MLS?
Recently we had to abandon our hopes of entry into a Statewide MLS in my area due to the lack of cooperation of two much larger adjacent MLS systems on either side of our small MLS.  Both of these MLS's members and participants decided not to move forward stating that they felt that agents should not work "out of area" and that this would take money away from the "locals".
This caused me to join and pay dues and fees for membership, different lockbox systems, different entry programmer keys, etc., in 3 different MLS systems within a 60 mile radius … (1 comments)

You are not alone. Yes, some lenders have haulted foreclosures in some or all states.  No, this does not automatically mean this does not mean that you are automatically off the hook if your house has already gone through the process. Agents, stop giving LEGAL ADVICE.
As in prior blogs we have discussed the "SHADOW" inventory.  Those are the homes that have already been through the correct process of foreclosure in California, which is a non judicial state, and elsewhere that have actually been foreclossed on properly.  Many lenders did use MERS and other ROBO SIGNERS … (1 comments)
