We have great rates with the speed of subprime. FHA full package loans close in 7 days on average. We are the lender!&lt;/p&gt;    </content>

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT TO REALTORS&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Please know that we have just implemented a &lt;strong&gt;new&lt;/strong&gt; loan program that allows the buyer to &lt;strong&gt;finance improvements, additions, up-fits, etc.&lt;/strong&gt; to the property they are buying (primary residence ONLY).&amp;nbsp; This will be &lt;em&gt;especially&lt;/em&gt; helpful to closing those deals where the client has problems with the layout, needs an extra bathroom, or just doesn&amp;#39;t like the landscaping.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ladies and gentlemen, this loan program will fit just about &lt;strong&gt;any scenario&lt;/strong&gt; you have out there.&amp;nbsp; In this day of everyone fighting for every deal they come across, don&amp;#39;t let a deal die simply because of trivial objections.&amp;nbsp; How many times have you heard this?:&amp;nbsp; &amp;quot;If it only had another bedroom/bathroom&amp;quot;, or &amp;quot;...but it doesn&amp;#39;t have a concrete driveway.&amp;quot;&amp;nbsp; Now we have the tool to overcome these types of comments.&amp;nbsp; Tell your clients that we have a loan program that will make the home look just the way they want it to look!&amp;nbsp; What&amp;#39;s better is that they aren&amp;#39;t going to pay some huge rate, tied to the prime rate, like you find with home equity loans.&amp;nbsp; Also, once the changes are complete, they usually have a considerable amount of instant equity in their new home.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;With the real estate world being the way that it is today, we need to be looking at EVERY possible scenario of getting a deal done.&amp;nbsp; THIS IS THE LOAN PROGRAM TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN!&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Make the MOST out of every client who comes your way.&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;    </content>

This is about the time where every year rates creap up a point or more for the summer.&amp;nbsp; How much time do we have?&amp;nbsp; Par for FHA today is 5.5%.&amp;nbsp; That&amp;#39;s still pretty low for the 2nd week of April......    </content>
