Lake Arrowhead Real Estate Trends- July 2010 - 08/30/10 08:13 PM
In July 2010, the median selling price of home in Arrowhead Woods was $332,500. This represents a 13% decrease from July 2009 and a 15% increase from June 2010. There were 25 homes sold in July which was 11% less than July 2009 and 3% less than June 2010. There are approximately 418 active listings in Arrowhead Woods and many more in the surrounding Mountain Communities.
