When is the Right Time To Buy a New Home ?  I get asked this question frequently concerning real estate in Hubert and Onslow County NC and I understand why. 
The news media certainly puts a lot of negative information out there for the general public.  In fact, I would go so far as to say that the news media holds an equal amount of power as to how the housing market fairs as does interest rate and the federal reserve.

Has Spring made it to your area yet? 
This weather has been crazy.  It was 20 degrees warmer on Christmas day than Easter Sunday here in Hubert, N C. 
Now it's the middle of April, the temps should be in the 70s and it is struggling to make it out of the 50s. 
Is that global warming?  Warm days usually bring out more house hunters so I am anxious for the warm days. 
Here in Hubert, N C, we are located near the beach and home buyers enjoy the benefits of beach activities.  We have many military families relocating and buying homes … (2 comments)

Senseless Virginia Tech Deaths - 04/17/07 03:01 PM
My heart is heavy and I cannot help but wonder how the parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents and friends of the students and faculty that were so needlessly killed can bear the grief they must be feeling.
We cannot begin to understand and feel their pain.  We can only remember them in our prayers. 
In a few days, we will all go back to our everyday activities and pretty much forget about these people.  Life must go on, however; for these families, their lives have been forever changed.

Stormy Day in Hubert, N CIt has been rainy and windy in Kingsbridge on Queens Creek in Hubert, N C today, not a great day for getting out and looking for a new Onslow County, N C home. However, some people did not let it deter them. Serious home buyers looking a house in Hubert, N C do not let a little (or a lot) of rain and wind stop them.
