columbus: Not your typical USED CAR Salesman - 08/02/10 11:18 AM
William Trueax at Columbus Motor Company is not your typical USED CAR Salesman. I have been looking for ways to cut costs in my real estate business as well as my personal life. One of my big expenses was my car. So I went to talk to William Trueax at Columbus Motor Company. I did my research. I was told: DO NOT let the car salesman know you have a trade. Negotiate the price of the car on the lot and then bring back the trade. Go on the last day of the month when they need to meet their quotas. I (2 comments)
columbus: Just Browsing ? - 06/29/10 08:43 AM
We have all done it. Gone into Barnes and Noble or Books a Million and sat down and read a magazine or book. Sometimes we have done it to kill some time before a movie. Other times we had a specific magazine or book in mind. But why buy the book when you can get your information FOR FREE? Like so many things, you don't think about it until it affects you personally. My husband owns a successful Guitar store here in the UPtown area of Columbus, GA called Gorilla Guitars . It has won several awards for their customer service and product sales. (3 comments)
columbus: In Ft. Benning GA is it better to Rent or Buy? - 06/24/10 10:20 AM
In Ft. Benning GA is it better to Rent or Buy?Lately I have been receiving a lot of calls from people moving into this area that want to rent instead of buy. I understand. With everything that is happening in the nation and the effect it is having on our economy it has shook consumer confidence and so it is very scary to think about committing to a 30 year payment. I would like to show you the other side of the story as it applies to to Ft. Benning, GA, Columbus, GA, Phenix City, AL, Ft. Mitchell, AL and Harris County, (2 comments)
Who loves Top Chef??? I do!!!! I love watching these chefs pushing themselves to their outer limits. I like watching how they perform under pressure. I like to see how they handle the stress, if it makes them a better person or someone that needs to be thrown down the grease trap. SOUNDS LIKE REAL ESTATE TO ME. I can usually get my sons and husband to watch with me. (I think Padma may have something to do with that.) A couple years ago. My family had a competition of (0 comments)
Here is a video of a 3 bedroom 2 bath home for sale in Northeast Columbus, Ga near Ft. Benning
This is my first blog with inserts so forgive me if it is amateurish and crude. Please click on the link below to see a video of a home for sale in Columbus, GA. This home is in Jenkins Place subdivision, a quaint cul de sac with sidewalks which is rare in this town. I have sold another home on this street to a MILITARY family stationed at Ft. Benning. Great schools.

columbus: Columbus, GA the land of Grits and Sweet Tea - 06/01/10 03:25 PM
I moved to the Columbus, GA and Ft. Benning area from Southern California, yes the land of "fruits and nuts" to the land of "grits and sweet tea". I knew that I had passed into a different place around Mississsippi. That is where I discovered SWEET TEA. My family had been traveling for at least a week by this time. We would stop at least 3 times a day to eat and at two of those meals I usually ordered iced tea. I grew up in Nebraska and we drink our tea "plain". I feel better about myself when I drink tea because (0 comments)
