Thoughts on investing in real estate when buying a prinicipal residence
Many people are expressing an interest in waiting for the market to finish bottoming. Well, I'm not sure that anyone has that crystal ball, but one thing you can be sure of and that is that things will go back up in time. Someone once said "Buy low and sell high". Now is the time to buy!
