Although there are no standard commissions in NC, both Listing Agent & Buyer Agent Commissions seem to average around the 3% mark (3% each side / 6% total).
What happens is the Seller is not offering a Commission? In the rare case of a Seller not offering a commission that the Buyer Agency contract requires, the contract does state that the Buyer will pay that commission.
