The Beckett Community is in the very early stages at this point. They just finished the entrance way and utilities. They also added a new turning lane on Gilead Road. Shea Homes has begun clearing land for their new community that will be called "Beckett". One Hundred and four homes will be constructed on 184 acres of land and prices will start in the mid $400's.
