The latest information to be released about the Village at Lake Norman project in Cornelius says that the Planning Board will be meeting again later this month to further discuss zoning and approvals needed on the local and state levels. The more than 100-acre project will require a number of road improvements including the widening of Route US 21 from two to five lanes and the widening of route 77 from two to three lanes between exits 23 and 28.
