Beat the Ottawa Summer Heat
It’s the time of year again when we start thinking of turning on the air conditioning to beat the Ottawa summer heat.  There are a number of things we can do to avoid turning on the air-conditioning for just a few more days until the real heat sets in.

XTRA XTRA! For those of you out there house hunting and not up to date with the Ottawa real estate market, i'd like to announce that we are in a SELLERS MARKET! By definition, a Sellers market is a market which has more buyers than sellers. Higher listing prices result from this excess of demand over supply.
