HAPPY NEW YEAR! Can you believe it’s 2012 already? A New Year means one thing for most people… Resolutions! How many resolutions have we all made (and broken) by now? Hey, it is the 6th, keeping that ‘no junk food’ resolution was really tough come day three!

It's that time of year again!? With only 1 day left until we countdown to 2011 it's only normal to start thinking about making and keeping a new year's resolution. Unfortunately it only takes a short time to discover that your good intentions fall by the wayside - "A New Year's resolution is something that goes in one year and out the other.".
