Thank you for the listings. It is great to look and it is starting to feel real. We rented a storage unit and are de-cluttering this weekend. Net week we hopefully have a few realtors coming to look at our place. Any tips we should ask?

As a seasoned Realtor in Ottawa one of the most frequently asked questions I get is: "When is the best time to sell my home?" The majority of Realtors and Sellers would suggest that selling your home in the Spring is the greatest time to put your home on the market. Having said that, in my opinion, the best time to sell your home is when YOU are ready to move!

XTRA XTRA! For those of you out there house hunting and not up to date with the Ottawa real estate market, i'd like to announce that we are in a SELLERS MARKET! By definition, a Sellers market is a market which has more buyers than sellers. Higher listing prices result from this excess of demand over supply.
