Found this cool Google tool and thought I'd share . . .

Google Search on Naples Real Estate

Now, if I search on Naples Real Estate I can see the "trend" was really hot in 2004 and the beginning of 2005. It also shows the most dramatic increases year over year is in December (we are an extremely seasonal market). This tool indicates it's on the rise this past December 2008 and beyond.

If I type in the "Naples Foreclosure" or "Foreclosure Naples" the chart goes through the roof where it was non-existent before.

We all may dislike doing shortsales and foreclosure sales....but if this is what the public is looking for we've gotta be there!

Try it for your area and key words and see what happens!
