Marketing the Nehemiah in hopes to get more buyers

This is a non-profit organization that helps route gift money from sellers to pay for buyer's down payment.

Since loans are changing and its harder to get  a loan, there are still some short-cuts. I have buyers, but buyers that need 100% financing and can't get it. They have to come in with 3 to 5% down. With home prices the way they are, that is alot of money.

The Nehemiah is a way for the sellers to pay the down payment instead of closing costs or reducing their sale price.
