anderson: Youth For Christ Banquet with Cal De Mercurio - 11/17/07 02:04 AM
What a night and what a Banquet. Nothing like it for $25.00. Cal De Mercurio really did it here, with a phenominal 5 course dinner with a full description on how to do each course. 3 hours of eating pleasure and I gained 2 lbs.
This was a fund raiser for the great Youth for Christ program here in Shasta County, and this was a wonderful way to do it for the 300 in attendance....for everyone in attendance really go the "best food in the North State" prepared by Chef Cal. He is really good.
Keep it up Youth for Christ
