Reportedly this only happens every 823 years. And,  according to the email, this is known in Chinese Feng Shui as Money  Bags! Since this is the first I&amp;rsquo;ve ever heard of this, and because I  wasn&amp;rsquo;t around 823 years ago; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt; background-color: transparent; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; font-family: Arial; color: #38761d;"&gt;I did some research of my own and here&amp;rsquo;s what I found! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Their perception  is all we care about is the commission we earn, and in their opinion  that&amp;rsquo;s too much! Some complain that we are incompetent and don&amp;rsquo;t listen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt; background-color: transparent; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; font-family: Arial; color: #38761d;"&gt;My question is why would anyone choose&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt; background-color: transparent; font-weight: normal; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; font-family: Arial; color: #000000;"&gt; to work with such a person? But, this woman, &amp;ldquo;MRS I HATE REALTORS&amp;rdquo;  claims to have had only one good experience out of six as she moved  across the country! If this is true, I&amp;rsquo;d say she has a problem. &amp;nbsp;But  that aside, let&amp;rsquo;s get back to the issue of our image.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>EVERY TOWN NEEDS ONE</title>

Mr. Thompson  opened his business in 1983 and is still there today! When you walk  through the door for the first time, you immediately sense he&amp;rsquo;s never  met a stranger. Mr. Thompson has unbelievable charisma and can tell  countless stories that will captivate you for hours! He is honest and a  very giving person.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

I can&amp;rsquo;t recall  ever meeting a more genuine person.
