Closed and Pending Unit Home Sales Make a Strong Upward Move With Sales Prices Returning to a Positive Mode for Camas WA in June 2020 Last month's strong Pending Sales resulted in a strong posting for Closed sales this month; with Pending Sales looking good this month as well. New Listings are lagging badly, however. Here are the highlights for this month's report:
The Short-Term Average Price Trend moved upward again is 9.04% higher than last year ($46,168); with the 12-Month Moving Average now strongly positive at 5.17%

Home Sales Bounce Back in Camas WA for December 2017  Home sales in Camas WA rebounded this month, after last month's weak showing. Available Inventory also continued its fall. Here are the December 2017 highlights:
The Average Price Trend has halted its earlier retreat, with the 3-Month Moving Average only Up 5.65% from the year before; while the 12-Month Moving Average was up 12.72%
  The Inventory level dropped again to 1.3 months (from 1.6 months) for Resale Homes.

The end of the month information below shows that the real estate market in Camas has slightly accelerated for early Spring 2013.  Because of the very large number of listings in the RMLS by new home builders for houses that have not yet been built, our information tries to exclude the entire segment of New Homes in Camas.  The result is a better representation on how the Actual Inventory of Camas Resale Homes is performing.
