From the January 2023 data for Existing Home Sales in Clark County Washington we see mixed results, in that the overall trend is still down; however, Camas and Battle Ground show a slight upward rebound.
With the largest city in the County, Vancouver WA, still trending downward, Camas and Battle Ground did not have enough energy to move the overall County trend upward.
