Vancouver WA Homes For Sale -- July's activity is even Slower! Vancouver WA Homes have previously been reported showing the slowdown experienced following the lapse of the Federal Home Buyers Tax Credit, combined with a traditional early summer slowing in sales activity.  This month the Pending sales slipped by 10 units (less than 5%) while the big news is that the Sold homes slipped to 189 -- a whopping 156 units lower than in June; and lower than June's Pending sales figure by 39 units.
