I am still stunned to see that so many loan officers and realtors take about a two month sabbatical around the holiday season. Well, it helps those of us who enjoy getting out there and meeting prospective clients...so thanks. I want to find the realtors that are still hungry for deals no matter what the time of year. I am a loan officer for River City Mortgage and I currently utilize the Home Buyers Marketing (HBM) to manage leads from realtors and myself.
