It took far too long to get my mortgage originator license in Wisconsin, but it is finally done. No one tells you where you are at in the process or when you get approved, it is just a wait and see. Eventually, you just get approved and show up on their approved list. I looked everyday for two and a half months, then poof...approved. Anyone that knows someone who needs a mortgage in Wisconsin, you can now utilize me for those services. I work hard for my clients and work hard to return the favor to all referring realtors.
