Today in our agent enhancement training we covered time management for agents . There are only so many hours in a day, a week, and a year. By planning our time.... things do tend to run more efficiently.  One of the things in business that is very critical to managing time is time/motion.

Do you ever just run to the office supply store in the middle of your day to pick up pens or  paper?

Why?!!      Especially with the cost of fuel.

Save it for later when you are in the neighborhood of the office supply. It costs you $5.00 every time you just start your car.  Learn to manage your time by managing your motion too.
