Super Bowl Sales Plan - 01/31/09 10:50 AM
At kick-off time my clients had won the toss and have chosen to sell their existing home. Market conditions were causing a lot of incomplete passes. By halftime we were scoreless. It was time to change the game plan to meet the market conditions. My clients were ready for a big play. So I contacted the agents once more who showed the house. One agent said their client still needed to sell his house. Incomplete pass. My clients were feeling the pressure to sell like it was a two minute warning. We huddled and decided to do an end run. My Winters Always have an ending. - 01/27/09 05:39 PM
I am not a skier. And when we get the rare snow here in Charlotte, I am not amused. In lunar days my Winters are short, but every year they seem to last longer than I want. Investors are key to any real estate market. There is private money out there to invest, just an unwillingness to put in into play. I don't know how long mortgage rates will be this low, but odds are they will go up. With (1 comments)
I'm Here in Charlotte NC and I'm a Blogger - 01/13/09 05:38 PM
I have become either part of the solution or part of the problem , as this is my first post. Call me the water-boy of Bogging for now. As in all things Charlotte NC, Real estate is evolving and unfortunately catching up with the rest of the country. We were impervious to gyrations occurring in other markets until recently. I have so many people "wanting to move here" from far and wide with the caveat "if I can only sell my home in my home town". So let's get proactive you home town Listing Agents... SELL, SELL, SELL. I want to get (0 comments)
