Personally, here in Charlotte, I would lighten-up and react with a different approach when selling a property.
Let's start with some calm and informative conversation.
First : Buyers can't steal your house unless you let them. A good agent will always be your shield.
Second: Selling your house is not a Civil War re-enactment exercise. YES, there may be insulting low-ball offers. But remember ...they still want YOUR HOUSE. Again, let your agent get in front of you.

Perhaps we will see politicians taking political laps at the Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Or shooting the rapids at the National Whitewater Center.
Carolina Pulled Pork will be served as well as fried pickles.

First, Stealing is a relative term.
It's perfectly fine to Steal in Baseball. "The runner stole second base !"
It's not good to Steal from a bank (your could get shot)
But it is good to steel yourself from danger.
And here is the punch line - Never think you can steal a home...Bad mindset.
Think in terms that you can win a home based on the offer given.
Because, I work with winners rather than those who steal, I can sleep at night.
Remember, Stealing is a relative term.

and The Seller Team.
Each wants to score a Touchdown.
The conundrum is that one needs the other.
There has to be a level of cooperation for a score to occur.
So, where are the cheerleaders during this process?
Muzzled (I wish).
It is because when you overly razz the other team you find nobody scores.
