After an abnormally cold year in sales, there are signs that Global Warming is beginning to occur in the Charlotte Housing Market. This news is being monitored all around the world, and has gained notice in Copenhagen. The data keeps pouring in. The hot years of the past decade, combined with a recent up tick, prove there is something to this. Though local changes have been subtle, they have been measureable.
