You may be surprised - but the spring market has actually arrived.  Regardless of the fact that we still have four foot piles of snow in our yards, this is the time of the year to begin to seriously plan the sale of your home.

My Renewed Massachusetts Real Estate License has Just Arrived! 
Birthdays have a great significance with relation to Massachusetts Real Estate Licenses.  Every other year our real estate license expires on that exact day. 
In order to maintain a real estate license in Massachusetts agents must adhere to specific guidelines:
