I sometimes think of the services that a Realtor® provides as being comparable to that of a good restaurant.  And, when I think of my  favorite dining establishments, the reason becomes abundantly clear.
There are only a few places that I constantly rely on for dining and I am always drawn back to them for the same reasons. 
Reliability - Since my diet is mainly seafood an establishment has to have a reputation for having everything fresh. I never want to patronize a place that is not reliable in their quality.  Consistency - I am predictable enough to have a few favorite dishes that I repeatedly order and I do not want to be disappointed that they are not as good as … (55 comments)

Your Call is Extremely Important to Us -  Press one for English 
I was sitting on hold with the phone company this morning listening to endless music and watching the clock when something occurred to me.  Exactly how much business would I have if I treated people this way? 
Yesterday, I discovered that my phone line was completely dead, so I called the phone company to get some relief. What followed was a series of recordings and decisions that had to be made on my part. This summer I decided to try to improve my tennis game by hiring an instructor to help me work on my serve.  Prior to offering any coaching, he asked me to show him what my current serve was like.  So, I did. 
After a few demonstrations he looked at me and said, "Really, your serve is good enough."  Well, it didn't take long for me to look for another instructor, someone who would be as dissatisfied with the status quo as I am.
