Located just off of Route 16 in Holliston is the subdivision called Cedarbrook. Johnson Road leads into Saddle Ridge and Morgan's Way, Amy Lane and Alberta Lane are all part of this luxury neighborhood.

The community of Carriage House Estates is located just over the Ashland/Holliston line on the streets of Old Cart Path, Praying Indian Way, Tea Party Lane and Mohawk Path.
