Sometimes home buyers can set themselves up for a restricted experience when looking for a home. Having a large list of objections can act as a hindrance and could very well prevent you from keeping an open mind.
Some objections are completely valid while some are just plain limiting - they can include:

The Importance of Curb Appeal  
I was asked recently what the meaning was on a listing sheet when a broker stated that a property was "not a drive-by."  My answer was simply that it means that house just does not look very good from the street.  In order words - it has no curb appeal.
Curb appeal describes the attractiveness of the exterior of a home. These days the science has been turned into a booming business with numerous television programs instructing homeowners on how to create and improve it.
