property showings: Why Can't Everyone be Like You? - 05/25/10 09:54 AM

In preparation for a relocation client who is scheduled to arrive this weekend, I am busy previewing homes this week. Since previewing is not like "showing" it can sometimes be met with a tepid response from a listing broker who has to take time to accommodate.
Just yesterday, I had to struggle with someone who did not want to let me into a property until the weekend.
"But, my client will be here by the weekend," I protested and finally won that one.
