Welcome to the Historic Town of Holliston - Massachusetts

Holliston was settled in 1659 by Massachusetts Bay Puritans and was incorporated in 1724. It took its name for Thomas Hollis, Esq. who was a benefactor of Harvard College.
As of 2008, the town's population was 13,901 and has grown significantly over the years from its humble beginning. The Holliston School System is nationally recognized and operates at a budget of over $40 million annually.
Holliston was once the largest producer of shoes in the country and the major shoe factory in town was the Goodwill Shoe Company. The company … (5 comments)
