Put Some Money Down - and Buy Yourself a Town

A couple of weeks ago, the little town of Wauconda, Washington went up for sale on eBay. It has no town hall, police station or fire department but it does, however have a zip code and a post office.
The town's owner, Daphne Fletcher, said she never expected it to draw the publicity that it has. The internet auction of the tiny town has been widely reported on television stations, radio stations and in the newspapers.
