This election year is very exciting and I am excited about what opportunities it has done to the real estate industry. Finally the sun is shining.

I don't know if I'm different then any other agents, but I don't find door knocking very successful. I love meeting people, so my technique is to strike up a conversation with people "EVERYWHERE" I go. What are some of your techniques, other than door knocking, that you could suggest. Don't leave out the information highway that help attract prospects.
