The Brevard area has a large and diverse tennis community and there's no better place to play than the Brevard Athletic Center. Thanks to our indoor courts we can play year round.
But as soon as the temperatures start to warm up, the trees start budding, and bulbs start blooming, most players are anxious to see the 10 outdoor courts open. There are so many things that I love about living in the Brevard, NC area that I could write 1,000 blogs and not come close to saying it all. From the beautiful four seasons, to the quiet and peaceful way of life and friendly people, there is no place I'd rather be.

There were 16 single family homes and 2 condominiums sold in the Brevard NC market during February marking a slight increase over sales in January. In single family homes, 12 were sold in the $100,000-$300,000 price range, a trend that has been consistent over the last 14 months. At the other end of the price spectrum, one home sold in the $50,000 and lower range, and two sold in the $500,000-$1M range.
