Spring is just around the corner here in the mountains and in a month or so, we'll be seeing all the signs of new growth popping up. These days, the local Brevard NC real estate market is a little like spring and is showing its own modest signs of growth.

The buyers and sellers have come to an agreement on all the points of the offer to purchase. Escrow checks have been paid and all parties are moving forward toward a happy closing.
