I just sold a home in WaterColor Florida. I represented the buyers in the transaction and they are very happy with their purchase. My clients were purchasing this home as their primary residence so it was very important that they had a large lot, full size garage, and a carriage house. I just sold a luxury home in Destiny By The Sea in Destin Florida. I acted as a buyer's agent in the transaction and my client is very happy with his purchase.
