I just read a genuine and well written blog regarding "Equator" and it was not a positive blog; I have to disagree with the blogger on this one. Equator is streamlining the Bank of America short sale process and I am now happy to take on Bank of America short sales. This was not the case a year ago. A year ago BofA was a complete nightmare. Equator is not perfect but it is a huge improvement. Kudos to BofA for taking steps to improve.
