It is my #1 goal to make my clients happy. In most real estate transactions, it is important that a good inspector is hired and it makes good sense to have the inspector come back after all repairs are made for a re-inspection. I have a decent understanding of construction, but I am far from an expert and this is why I do not like verify that repairs have been made.
