Southern Loss Golf Tournament - 10/20/09 06:45 PM
When I woke up this morning I was a bit nervous.  Today was our bi-annual golf tournament with Southern Loss Association at Chatuea Elan and it was about 40 degrees.  Thankfully the sun came out and it was a beautiful day.  Selling mulligans we were able to raise $930 for the Susan G Komen foundation.  It was a beautiful scene.

Fire Escape Planning Tips - 10/19/09 08:11 AM
The following are several tips that could potentially save your life or the life of a loved one should a fire break out in your home or business. 
*  Install a smoke alarm on every level of your home.
*  Test smoke alarm batteries every month and change them at least once a year.
*  Consider installing a 10-year lithium battery-powered smoke alarm.
*  Practice finding yoru way out of the house with your eyes closed, crawling ro staying low and feeling your way out of the house.
*  Remember to escape first, then notify the fire department.

First CE: Done and Done - 10/07/09 02:20 PM
It feels like it's Friday.  Our first ever CE class just wrapped up.  Not bad, not bad at all.  There was laughter, there may have even been a few tears (photos of the Pentagon on 9/11 from when Servpro arrived on scene). 
I guess time will tell.  We've got our initial surveys in, but I think they tend to be a bit biased.  We'll see what the word is in the upcoming weeks.
But wow, we all feel accomplished.  Tired, but accomplished.

Norcross Art Fest - 10/04/09 12:34 PM
Anyone who was unable to make it missed a great time.  With the recent flooding in the metro area, we were happy to get a sunny weekend.
 
 
 
In Downtown Norcross were over 100 artists from all over the east coast and sponsors from all over Gwinnett County.  Thank you to all that came by and a special Thank You goes out to those who contributed to Servpro and their collection for TOYS FOR TOTS.
